Sunday Mornings

Location: Building C

​

9:15 - This hour we focus on building discipling relationships with our volunteers in their small group classrooms. A bible concept will be introduced through play or craft activities each Sunday. The children will also learn a new memory verse each month. The concepts will be further emphasized through large group, where they will hear the bible story, practice their memory verse, and praise God through worship songs.

​

10:45 - The children will continue to review the bible concept and memory verse through play and craft activities in their classroom. The children will come together for large group where they will sing worship songs and hear the bible story from Ollie the Owl in a weekly video.

​

Curriculum: First Kids Preschool uses the Orange First Look Curriculum. This is a comprehensive curriculum that combines child development and theology, focusing on three main concepts: God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever.

 

Wednesday Nights

Location: Building C from 6:30-7:30pm

​

  

This is a fun filled evening where we walk through stories from the bible, beginning to end, through The Story For Little Ones. The children will hear and discuss a bible story, participate in play and craft activities, sing worship songs, and have general play time.

We hope your children will join us for a fun and impactful evening, learning and worshiping God and our Savior Jesus!

**In order to attend, children must be 3 years of age by August 1st and potty-trained.

First Baptist Church of Greenwood is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for children and staff.  Procedures are established for screening staff of all children activities, and supervision standards are established for everyone working with our precious children.
